A traditional modern midwife will encourage your birth, your way! We are dedicated to serving and assisting to make your birth experience as Mother/Baby friendly as possible. This team is expert in normal, non-medicated birth experiences. Our philosophy is to support the woman through her prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum period; providing security and helping maintain a safe enviroment throughout the journey.
In additon to private practice, Debi is a preceptor to many apprentices and graduates from the North American Registry of Midwives (NARM). She is also the chair for the Certified Professional Midwives Council for the State of Tennessee, and an active member of the Tennessee Midwives Association. She is currently a member of Christian Midwives International, and NARM.

Debi is a state licensed Certified Professional Midwife nationally recognized by the North American Registry of Midwives. She has been delivering babies for 31 years and has experienced over 1000 deliveries. All these deliveries have been of various types and in diverse manners.
